Children’s Meditation Group

Meets every second Monday of the month, 4:30-5:30 pm at the Setauket Neighborhood House, 95 Main Street Setauket 11733.

This group is designed to introduce kids to ways they can stay calm and develop a positive outlook. Children learn what mindfulness is and how to engage in meditation as a daily practice. Each group session includes a fun activity, group connection through discussion, guided meditation, and sound healing. Children develop the ability to calm both their bodies and minds in a supportive and fun group environment.
